This Ayurvedic retreat offers a unique experience of wellbeing and back to the Self through ayurvedic massages, accompanied by the benefits of yoga.
The benefits of ayurvedic cure are many. It is both preventive and curative, to rebalance the various body functions.
Ayurvedic massage relaxes, loosens muscles, improves blood and lymph circulation, reduces nervous tension and reduces stress. It allows inside blooming.
The retreat is an inner journey, where the guest is accompanied smoothly to letting go, and rediscover the Self. Daily massage helps the experience deepen, to make way for clarity and joy. Yoga classes are open to everyone but not an obligation. They help to release the body and mind to support a thorough awareness.
Rate 1190 euros, including accommodation, organic and vegetarian full board, yoga classes and care. There is a great massage, plus other treatments every day including massage 4 hands, Shirodhara, abhyangas, shiatsu.
The kitchen is adapted to a vegetarian menu with the 6 flavours of Ayurveda.
Arrival on Sunday 20th by 18h, departure Sunday 27th after breakfast.
In the heart of the Baronnies, at the foot of the Pyrenees National Park (at an altitude of 560 meters), we are welcomed to the Source of Loubetas, in a former farm of over 200 years, nestled in a green setting overlooking the small and charming village of Asque.
1190€ corresponds to a double or triple-room accommodation € 45 per day per person.
For a single room, count an additional 105 € (60 € per day).
Daily Program (indicative)
6h30-7h: silent sitting
7h-8h: yoga (asanas, postures)
9 to 12h30: Massages
12h30-14h: lunch break
14h to 17h: Massages
5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. pranayama (yoga breathing)
A personal interview at the start of the retreat to determine your treatment program. Massages are determined each day for each guest, half day, morning or afternoon. The other half day is free to rest or walk and enjoy the nature.
The Ayurvedic treatments contribute to well-being, harmony, relaxation, but can not replace medical massages or medical care in case of health problems.
